It is time to show best of your teaching skills and enlighten the world.<\/p>\n<p>To create a course,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click &#8216;<strong>My Profile<\/strong>&#8216; button on top right.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8216;<strong>Create a new course<\/strong>&#8216; button.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8216;New course template&#8217; <\/strong>will open in the next window.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Advised Pattern for content uploading just to exemplify features (instructors are free to chose their own way of teaching)&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>New course template options and fields are explained below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Course Title:&nbsp;<\/strong>Provide a course title (be aware that chapter names are already mentioned in the category and instructors cannot use same titles)(<strong>Advised- mention language of communication<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Course Slug:&nbsp;<\/strong>It is a permalink element that will show up in the link address of your course.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>About Course:&nbsp;<\/strong>Give a brief description of what students can expect in the course as per your teaching style. (Students can see this without enrollment)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Course Settings\/ General:&nbsp;<\/strong>Select Maximum students (number of enrolments in the course), Difficulty level (course difficulty level),&nbsp;<strong>Enrollment Expiration<\/strong> (advised to set it to 30, 90, or 180 days), Public course (if you want the course to be free), Q&amp;A (advised option is <strong>enable<\/strong> to help students get your support for your course when required)<\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" data-mce-style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Chose a Category<\/strong><\/span><strong>: <\/strong><\/em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" data-mce-style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Advised, leave this tab blank. You can add details later in Targeted Audience tab<\/strong>.<\/span> Not advised, you can try, by searching e.g. ch=3 abc (title of the chapter) in the categories tab. Make right selection otherwise, finding your course on the platform can become a nightmare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Course Price:&nbsp;<\/strong>Select between Free\/ Paid and then Regular Price, Discount Price.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Course Thumbnail:&nbsp;<\/strong>Upload a picture that will be used as your course thumbnail.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Video\/ Course intro: <\/strong>Upload a video link that will be used as your course intro video. Advised, do some nice work here. (Students can see this without enrollment)\n<p>NOTE: Only the video links can be pasted in any upload video tab. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" data-mce-style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Recommended<\/span>: Please contact us for more details about content videos privacy and how to share link, not the whole video. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" data-mce-style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">This is to ensure instructors that they have total ownership and control over their intellectual property.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" data-mce-style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Course Builder<\/strong><\/span>: Advised- As displayed, &#8216;Add new topic&#8217; button, it is expected that Instructors chose different sections (as they prefer) of the chapter and thoroughly explain them by creating a new topic for every section. Then, it will be most efficient because students will be able to see content (videos and docs) related to different sections of the chapter in their particular topic tab. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" data-mce-style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For instructors, it will be easier to replace the video of a particular section that gets most questions, with a more detailed video.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Course Attachments:&nbsp;<\/strong>These files will be available on chapter homepage after enrollment. So, these are expected to be related to the whole chapter. (.pdf of book pages of the chapter)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Additional Data:&nbsp;<\/strong>This tab contains following columns, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" data-mce-style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What will I learn?<\/span> (Mention course benefits here),<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" data-mce-style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Targeted Audience:<\/span> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" data-mce-style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Please mention as shown (e.g. Class x, Subject-x, Title of book-x, Ch=3 title) <\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" data-mce-style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Our Team will put it in right category if exist, else add a new one specially for you<\/span><\/em>,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" data-mce-style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Materials included<\/span> (mention all the types of contents students should expect to see), <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" data-mce-style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Requirements\/Instructions<\/span> (mention additional requirements for the students).
